HR Branding

One of the most exciting projects I worked on for the Human Resources department was creating graphics using Lightico’s corporate mascot. The octopus represents Lightico: the octopus has many arms, being able to do many things, while Lightico is able to complete many tasks for customers over the phone.

I created a range of graphics with the mascot, many of which were Canva templates so the HR department could work with the graphics without relying on the marketing department. I worked on graphics such as hiring ads, employee announcements, and company events.

Lightico hosted a special evening for employees in 2021. Employees were divided into teams where we worked on creative films that related to Lightico in some way, shape or form. Lightico had individual boxes sent to each employee’s home. I designed the event branding.

I designed a simple notebook cover distributed to all new and preexisting employees. The design contained many icons used across the website and other marketing materials.
